[00:01:09] You've likely heard the phrase start with a feeling. Well, there's science behind that. Somatic Recall is your body's way of remembering emotions. Neuroscience shows that vividly imagining a future moment.
[00:01:25] While fully feeling it begins to wire your brain and nervous system toward that possibility. This is more than just mindset work. It's mental rehearsal. Just like athletes mentally rehearse before stepping on the field, we can train our nervous system by immersing ourselves in a felt future using imagination, sensation, and storytelling.
[00:01:52] As a meditation and mindset coach, I teach this all the time. When your body experiences a calm, [00:02:00] capable, confident future self, your brain begins to perceive that version of you as both real and safe. So, today we're not writing content. We're tuning into your internal compass.
[00:02:16] You'll speak your vision aloud, not to impress, but to express. Back in day seven of the unveil with AI series, you may remember I invited you to record a voice memo, not a business pitch, but more like a dream scene.
[00:02:34] We started, not with a to-do list, but a question,
[00:02:38] how do I feel in my life and business?
[00:02:42] Now in phase two, we layer that emotional clarity with narrative detail.
[00:02:49] We'll bring your feeling into form
[00:02:53] a sensory rich day in the life vision
[00:02:56] In today's prompting insight. Called Day in the Life [00:03:00] Visioning.
[00:03:00] Instead of writing a vague list of goals
[00:03:03] we're partnering with chat GPT, like a Creative Life coach. This approach, which blends storytelling and goal setting, is gaining popularity because it's so beginner friendly, and.
[00:03:16] Powerful.
[00:03:17] Here's how it works.
[00:03:19] Number one, you speak your dream life aloud in present tense as if it's already happening.
[00:03:27] Number two, chat, GPT reflects it back as a vivid narrative script.
[00:03:33] And number three, then you refine, clarify, and personalize it until it feels like your truth.
[00:03:41] This isn't just about visualization.
[00:03:44] It's a practice that
[00:03:45] number one, calms your nervous system.
[00:03:48] Number two, makes abstract goals feel tangible,
[00:03:51] and number three, turns your dreams into a story you can actually live into.
[00:03:59] [00:04:00] In today's, try this now practice help you create your first draft, your vision story Version-A.
[00:04:09] Step one, voice it freely.
[00:04:13] Open voice mode in ChatGPT
[00:04:15] and say, I want to speak my vision out loud.
[00:04:20] Ask me questions one by one
[00:04:22] to help me build a story of what I want my future to feel and look like.
[00:04:29] Let it guide you with questions like,
[00:04:33] what does your ideal career look like?
[00:04:36] What kind of relationships surround you?
[00:04:40] What do mornings feel like?
[00:04:43] What emotions are most present?
[00:04:47] Speak. Your answers slowly and from the heart.
[00:04:51] Step two, capture the transcript
[00:04:54] once you've spoken your vision.
[00:04:56] Number one, copy the transcript or summary from [00:05:00] chat GPT.
[00:05:01] Number two,
[00:05:02] Paste it into craft with AI notion template under Vision-Story-Draft-A.
[00:05:09] Step three.
[00:05:10] Add sensory details in your own words or with AI's, help enrich your story.
[00:05:18] Where are you?
[00:05:19] What sounds sense and textures surround you?
[00:05:23] How do you feel in your body?
[00:05:25] Bonus AI tip, ask chat, GPT to reflect.
[00:05:30] You can say,
[00:05:31] can you reflect my story back to me in a more polished, inspiring way, but keep my original tone?
[00:05:37] This can become your version two or version three draft, and it's how we begin layering co-creation into your process.
[00:05:46] And hey, if you're still feeling inspired and want to keep playing,
[00:05:51] here's one more creative bonus before we wrap.
[00:05:54] Inside your craft. With AI starter kit, you'll find a fun little activity called Visualize your [00:06:00] vibe,
[00:06:00] A lighthearted way to bring your future self to life, not just in words, but in images.
[00:06:06] There are two parts to this
[00:06:07] part one,
[00:06:08] create your visual art. You'll upload a photo of yourself and fill in a few blanks to bring your dream space to life.
[00:06:16] It could sound something like My dream workspace is a, and then describe the vibe that makes me feel.
[00:06:22] Describe the emotion, or you can think of it as it reflects my ideal life where I,
[00:06:30] what would you do?
[00:06:31] Describe it and inspire others through your gift or passion.
[00:06:36] In the background you'll see and then describe the items. In your future space, item one and two or three, and my favorite objects or symbols,
[00:06:45] you can find more details inside of the kit...
[00:06:49] now, just a quick note before you dive in. This prompt is all about painting.
[00:06:55] The picture with words, AI tools like Chat, GPT can help you describe your dream [00:07:00] space in vivid detail,
[00:07:01] but it won't magically generate a photo of a avatar from your selfie. Not just yet. Still, this vision exercise is powerful.
[00:07:10] Your sketching the energy of your future self, and next month we'll build on it with visuals, using tools like Canva.
[00:07:18] The goal play not perfection.
[00:07:22] Now, part two to this is where
[00:07:24] you write your three line character bio.
[00:07:27] Once you've described your dream space, bring it to life.
[00:07:31] Use the simple prompts to shape your character.
[00:07:35] For example, I'm the kind of person who now, what makes you unique? Describe it.
[00:07:42] Or people come to me for now, describe your strengths or gifts or my work creates, and then describe the impact or transformation.
[00:07:55] Again, this isn't about writing the perfect brand bio.
[00:07:58] Think of it more [00:08:00] like a creative snapshot,
[00:08:01] a way to playfully capture the energy of your future self in words.
[00:08:06] You can always refine or remix it later today.
[00:08:10] Just practice tuning into the version of you that's ready to be seen. You're not just writing your story, you're becoming it.
